  • Important Information for Guests

    PARKING
All guests are encouraged to park in the underground Main Parking Garage located at 675 South Wilson Avenue, Pasadena 91106. Check-in can be directly accessed from the south stairs at the entrance ramp. The elevator and stairs in the center of the garage will bring guests to ground level, where greeters and signage will point the way to check-in.

Note for All Visitors: Limited street parking adjacent to campus is time-restrictive and in certain areas not permitted. Please mind posted signage, as the city actively monitors and tickets.

    CHECK-IN
For your convenience, check-in for visitors to all grades will be centralized this year to one location on Babcock Field, outside Scott Gym. Greeters and signage will point the way to check-in. On arrival, please visit check-in to receive your personalized packet, including printed schedule, name tag, and map.
Consistent with school policy for campus safety, all adult visitors to campus must check in, and wear a school-provided name tag, so please make this your first stop, and do not bypass check-in. Thank you for understanding!

    NAVIGATING CAMPUS
    • Should you need assistance, school volunteers will be on hand to help.
    • A golf cart shuttle will run between Central Campus (registration, assembly), North Campus (grades K-8), and South Campus (grades 9-12). Shuttle stops are marked on campus maps.
    • As you plan for the day, please keep in mind the temperature forecast for the day-of as class transitions are outdoors.

  • FAQ

    WHO IS INVITED?
An invitation has been emailed to any grandparents and/or special friends for whom contact information has been submitted by parents, or who has attended before.

Up to four grandparents and/or special friends may attend per student. Due to space constraints, this event is for grandparents and/or special friends only (sorry parents, you are not invited to join in this time!).

WHEN WILL GRANDFRIENDS RECEIVE THEIR SCHEDULE?
Registered grandparents and/or special friends will receive their schedules via email the week of the event. Upon arrival on campus, printed schedules can be picked up at check-in for all registered grandparents and/or special friends.

WHAT IF GRANDPARENTS AND SPECIAL FRIENDS ARE VISITING MORE THAN ONE STUDENT?
If grandparents and/or special friends will be visiting more than one student, schedules for all of their students will be provided. Prior to arrival, parents might find it helpful to discuss schedules with grandparents and/or special friends who are planning to visit with multiple students.

CAN GRANDPARENTS AND SPECIAL FRIENDS PARTICIPATE ONLINE?
If grandparents and/or special friends are unable to join us on campus, they may watch the assembly via livestream.
