Handwriting structures thought and creativity in a way that keyboard and tablet typing can't.The movement of the hand stimulates the muscles involved in writing as well as the process of thinking. The successive construction of letters and words is more fluid and allows children to remember words and bridge ideas. In this class, we will review the basics of Print writing and explore some fundamental cursive. The goal is to build confidence while improving each student's hand-eye coordination, hand muscle building, and, most importantly, allow them to construct words, phrases, and sentences with beautiful penmanship while learning to love their own writing.
