Parent Organization (PO) Newsletter Submission Form
Poly's Parent Organizations—the Upper School Parent Organization (USPO), Middle School Parent Organization (MSPO), and Lower School Parent Organization (LSPO)—have streamlined the process for submitting announcements to our weekly newsletters. Here is the link to submit an announcement to be included in any of Poly's Parent Organization Newsletters.
The PO Weekly Newsletters will be sent beginning Sunday, August 18. The submission deadline is this Wednesday, August 14. We will only accept items submitted through the above link.
Please note:
- All announcements must be submitted by the end of the day on Wednesday of the week you'd like them to run; this is a hard deadline. Newsletters are sent out every Sunday.
- You can select which newsletters (USPO, MSPO and/or LSPO) you'd like your announcement in.
- If you plan for your announcement to run for multiple weeks and the message will stay the same, you only have to submit it once. If you plan to change your message in subsequent weeks or you otherwise need to make edits to your message, please submit a new item.
- You will be asked to write the copy for your message (max. 100 words).
- You will receive an email reminder each week to submit your announcement. Please let us know if you want to be removed from this reminder list.
