Poly Flu Clinic 2024

We are excited to announce that Poly’s annual Flu Clinic will be held on Friday, September 13, from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

The clinic will take place in the Multi-Purpose Room above Gamble Gym. There is no cost to faculty and staff, regardless of your insurance status.

Please remember to bring the following items with you to the clinic:

1. Printed consent form 

2. A copy of your insurance card

If you have family or friends who want to attend the flu clinic, they can register using the provided link. The flu shot costs $44 for family and friends if they are uninsured. This year, Vons can bill Kaiser for the flu shot.
