“Left, left, left, right, left. We're the best, we're number one. Now let’s have some math fun!” Fun with Math Games focuses on engaging rising first and second graders in specific strategies to build on and further strengthen math fact skills in all four math operations. This course is designed to encourage students to practice and reinforce math facts through a variety of math activities that involve iPad apps, computer games, cards, dice, board games, and flashcards to further their mastery of basic facts. The extra practice is critical to each student’s math success and developing the automaticity of facts. Some games will include Double Trouble, Half as Much, Baseball Math, Defensive Struggle, Number Maker, Knock-Off Numbers, Pyramid Math, Dollar Race, Murb, Crazy Cone and many more.
