Welcome to our dynamic 5-day summer camp, where the primary goal is to provide each camper with a unique opportunity to enhance their understanding and proficiency in the fundamentals of the sport. This immersive experience is divided into two main sections: offense and defense, each tailored to cater to the diverse needs and interests of our campers.
The Offensive Section is designed to elevate the campers' skills in hitting, bunting, and base running. Engaging instructional stations within this section will not only refine their techniques but also deepen their strategic understanding of offensive gameplay.
In the Defensive Section, campers will focus on crucial aspects such as proper throwing and catching mechanics, infield/outfield dynamics, and positioning/situational awareness. Through targeted instructional stations, participants will not only develop their defensive skills but also enhance their overall game intelligence.
After the daily instructional sessions, campers will be grouped based on their skill levels. We will then have these teams play a scrimmage through whiffle ball to ensure safety to new players. This will give an idea of positions on the field meanwhile providing a fun experience for the new and experienced players. This personalized approach ensures that each participant has the opportunity to apply and compete with the newfound knowledge and skills acquired during the day's training. It's a holistic and immersive sports experience designed to foster both individual growth and team camaraderie.
