Sweet, Sweet Summer Culinary Skills

In this course, students will learn dessert-inspired culinary skills by preparing delicious microwave cakes and pies. We will feast on the yummiest homemade ice creams, sorbets, and Popsicles made right in the classroom. Do you love anything chocolate? We will be melting, pouring, and molding unique chocolate lollipops and novelty candies perfect for your summertime taste buds for delectable treats.
