Lego Mindstorms are programmable sensors and motors that young students can assemble into a range of Lego robots. These robots are then programmed to carry out a variety of tasks. In the process of doing so, this fun and interactive course teaches our young engineers a wide range of skills, from programming and a better intuitive understanding of basic physics to problem-solving techniques and collaborative teamwork. This class is designed for students with little to no experience with the Lego Mindstorm system. Students may elect to continue this course in the second session and build upon their experience.
