This class will teach an intermediate level of chess and allow players to become better acquainted with this great game. Students will be briefly re-introduced to chess basics but will quickly move on to more complex beginning, middle, and end game tactics and strategies. Fun variations of the game, such as speed chess, will also be explored. There will be many opportunities for games against fellow players, as well as chess puzzles to help students become better players.
