This is a continuation of the the Birds I class. It is open to any student who has taken the Birds I course in a prior year or it may be taken concurrently. In this class we will explore birds in much greater detail, including feather coloration, senses, movement patterns beyond flight, social behavior, and more! This class will go into much more depth, learning avian scientific terminology and selected avian classes and species. This class will also have student-led discussion and hand-on activities, but there will be time for instructor-guided student exploration/research.
