Learn basic engineering concepts, teamwork, and creative problem-solving through the video game "Space Engineers" on Steam for PC. The class will be playing the video game together on a private server where we will tackle everyday things like how to organize a drilling operation to get minerals, program drones for shipping of supplies, or even designing fighter jets to protect ourselves as we build a ship worthy of taking us into space... and beyond.
An emphasis on teamwork and collaboration will guide us as we work on large group projects. All the while, individual creativity will have time to shine as players will get to build their own ships block by block in this Minecraft-like building style.
