Meetings and important dates
The first days of meetings will look this way (later this summer you will receive a detailed schedule outlining how these days will be used):

- Monday-Wednesday, Aug. 21 — three days of orientation for your new faculty and staff cohort. Each day will begin with breakfast at 8 a.m.; we will also provide lunch on these days as well. The first day, Monday, Aug. 21, will conclude with a dinner at John Bracker and Rachel Countryman's home across the street from school.
- Thursday and Friday, Aug. 24-25 — all-day meetings for all faculty and staff
- Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 28-29 — divisional meetings
- Wednesday, Aug. 30 — first day of Upper School classes
- Tuesday, Sept. 5 — first day of Lower and Middle School classes
During orientation and opening meetings, Poly can provide child care for children ages 5 and older. Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be using this service so that we can begin to get a head count.
